Wk ending 4.3.16

Happy Friday Everyone! Hope you have a lovely weekend and that all our mums have a super special Mother's Day. I hope you liked your gifts that the children worked really hard on. This week we all enjoyed getting dressed up for World  Book Day. We really enjoyed showing our costumes off around school. We have been working really hard during super sentences to become really confident at forming our letters. Everyone has been putting in 100% effort. In maths we have been looking at 2D and 3D shape. We went on a shape hunt around school and found lots of different ones. In English we have been writing instructions on becoming a pirate or a princess and in reception we have been thinking about rhyming words. Reception have also set up an experiment with bread. I wonder what will happen to it over the weekend. This morning we went for a winterywalk in the snow. It was absolutely freezing!
