First week back!

Hello and welcome back to the new school year. I hope everyone had a happy and healthy summer holiday. The children have come back to school very eager to get going.

We have had an amazing 1st week back with all of our new children settling in extremely well. They have learnt where to put their belongings, where to get snack from and how to carry their tray in the dinner hall. The children had their first P.E lesson and also spent the afternoon out on the adventure learning how to climb, slide, swing and jump. They were very brave being so high off the ground! This week we have made some fabulous numbers to decorate our maths area. They look really impressive. We have also marbled paper ready to display our best writing. In assembly we celebrated Tilly for super writing and phonics knowledge and Raffy for always saying please and thank you. Well done to both of them.

We will put up photos of all the wonderful things we have been doing during the week. Don't forget about Dahl day on Tuesday!
