Helicopter comes to school!

Wow! What an amazing afternoon at Whitley Village School. This afternoon we were lucky enough to have a helicopter land on our school field. Mrs Powell even got to have a ride in it! It was extremely windy and noisy when it landed. Lots of the children covered their ears. All of the reception and year 1 children were able to even sit inside the helicopter which was very exciting. It was an amazing experience and one I am sure the children will remember for a very long time to come.
